Annette Walter-Lax was especially close to Keith Moon, drummer in The Who. Actually, she was with the star when he passed away. Apparently, he requested she make him dinner but she refused and told him where to go. Then he died of a drug overdose shortly after. Annette was completely distraught over his death because she was deeply in love with Moon. She even heard he might propose to her later that day. Eventually, she found love with actor Gareth Hunt. They had a son but got divorced.
