English actress Judi Dench quickly rose to fame for her work in the theater. Once she moved to film, she continued to find enormous success. In fact, this celebrated woman was nominated seven times for an Oscar. Also she won an Academy Award for her portrayal as Queen Elizabeth I in Shakespeare in Love. Of course, we all remember her for playing M in the James Bond films. More recently, she was in the film Murder on the Orient Express.

Who doesn’t love the amazing Julie Andrews? Well, the real debate is what’s more iconic, her role in Mary Poppins or The Sound of Music? Oh, let’s not forget her role as the Queen in The Princess Diaries and The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement with Anne Hathaway. Sadly, she underwent a throat operation that left her unable to sing again. However, she continued acting and also voiced for Despicable Me and Shrek. Seriously, does it get more legendary than Andrews? Probably not.
