Minnie Ripperton – Maya Rudolph (29 Years Old)
The world was stunned by singer-songwriter Minnie Ripperton’s smash hit Lovin’ You during the ‘70s. Even if she was only with her daughter, Maya Rudolph, for seven years, Maya was able to get her mother’s precious stage prowess. If you listen to Minnie’s hit track Lovin’ You, you could hear her audibly singing “Maya” towards the song’s end. Unfortunately, that would be the closest thing the two would ever have when it comes to doing a performance together. Nevertheless, considering you have to do a DNA test for you to tell them apart, it is safe to say that the two are always together anyhow. That is, even though Maya is unable to hit the notes that her mother could – and Maya would rather make people laugh.
If one star didn’t have a chin dimple, telling the two apart would be impossible. They both were even in a film together! Click Next and see for yourself.
Kirk Douglas – Michael Douglas (30 Years Old)
The Douglas family were heavily featured in the 2003 film It Runs in the Family – three generations, in fact. Everyone agrees that this movie is a gentle reminder of how you ought to have parents with inheritable traits you can be proud of – not that you get a say on who you have as parents, though. Kirk Douglas served as a precedent for son Michael Douglas with an impressively successful acting career which spanned almost seventy years. Somehow the father has passed the success on to his son. Michael Douglas appears to have inherited all that his father had, from the dashing good looks that he has to being apparently immune to hair loss associated with age. Fifty years after Michael’s debut, his son Cameron has also received the torch from him. However, Cameron doesn’t look so capable of keeping straight and narrow. No pressure, though. Just be yourself, Cameron.
The next pair is often seen wearing outfits that match or supporting each other. Their mother-daughter relationship is the kind that should serve as an aspiration for others. Curious to know who they are? Click Next!
