Chloe Green’s dad is Sir Phillip Green, the richest man in England who owns Arcadia Group, one of the biggest British retail empires which owns Topshop and Miss Selfridge. We’re not sure if she took any fashion courses but she designs clothes for her own label, CJG (Chloe Jade Green).
