In 2007, Dawn Wells was driving home from her mayor’s birthday party in Driggs, Idaho. Due to her slight swerving of the vehicle, a sheriff’s deputy pulled Wells over. Upon searching her vehicle, he came across three smoked cigarettes that contained controlled substances. Thus, Dawn Wells was placed in lockup. Despite a friend of hers coming forward to say he/she left the joints in the vehicle earlier, Wells’ reputation was tarnished.

Wrong About Reruns
One big reason people still obsess over the show, is that we have Gilligan’s Island reruns. Luckily, we have enjoyed Gilligan’s Island for more than 50 years because of the broadcasted reruns. However, back when the show first came out, producers did not ever believe the show would get to have its reruns aired. Now, looking back, everyone cannot believe how wrong they were!
