David Gulpilil
This Australian traditional dancer and actor is famous for his role as Neville Bell in Crocodile Dundee. From there, his career took off. Well, to be fair, he already landed numerous Aborigine roles before playing Neville Bell. Actually, he won the A.M (Member of the Order of Australia) in 1978 for all his dedication to the arts of portraying the Aboriginal people.

Most notably he also starred in Charlie’s Country, The Proposition, Rabbit-Proof Fence, The Tracker and Australia. Unfortunately, he’s had some issues off-screen. Sadly, he faced some conflicts in his personal life over the years. During an incident in 2006, he waved a machete during a fight, but they did let him go. In 2011, he was sent to prison for a year because he assaulted his wife and broke her arm. Despite all this, he continues to act.
