Of course, most people remember Clarke for her role as Valerian in Dragonslayer, a Disney film. Though she also played Simone in Crocodile Dundee. However, Dragonslayer was Clarke’s big acting debut! The movie was even nominated for two Oscars.

Afterwards, she only had a few more roles. Maybe you saw her in movies like, Blown Away or The Big Picture. In addition, Clarke played Charlotte Cardoza for the Broadway musical, Titanic in the late nineties. Her life was cut short by cancer. Sadly, she passed away at age 52. Her final acting credit was in the movie Never Again, starring Jeffrey Tambor.
