Maybe you remember him as Puff Daddy or Sean Combs? Anyway, P. Diddy climbed his way to the top of the hip hop world. He’s released his own music of course, but he also owns Bad Boy Records, with signed artists like Faith Evans and Craig Mack. His fashion line is called Sean John. Hearing all that, is it surprising that Forbes ranked him in the top five of the world’s richest hip-hop artists in 2016? I mean he is worth $750 million.

The queen of pop obviously had to make our list. I mean, she’s one of the most famous artists in the world. Back in 1983, she first released her debut album Madonna. Then once the 90’s hit, this star even moved to the screen. She played parts in A League of Their Own, alongside Tom Hanks and in Evita with Antonio Banderas. Madonna has become a cultural staple.
