Besides receiving countless nominations herself, Tomei has been fortunate to work alongside some big Hollywood stars too. In The Lincoln Lawyer, she stars opposite Matthew McConaughey as his ex-wife. She also worked with another big time Hollywood player, Mel Gibson, when she portrayed the character Lola in What Women Want. She even had a love scene with him.

Not only was the movie hilarious and amazing, but imagine getting to star alongside Steve Carrel, Julianne Moore, Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling! Don’t forget Josh Groban and Kevin Bacon too. What a fun group to work with on set. From dropping out of college to pursue her dreams to working with heartthrob Ryan Gosling, we would definitely say Tomei made it in Hollywood!
