Ah, the amazing Brooke Shields who is not just a famous ageless face, but a graduate of Princeton University, where she studied French Literature. Shields was a trailblazer during the 80’s and also 90’s in Hollywood. In the early 2000’s, she came forward to speak about her battle with postpartum depression and use of anti-depressants. Instantly, she became a role model for many mothers and others battling mental illness. Recently, she joined the cast of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

It was The Facts of Life that launched this woman’s career. Of course, you remember she played Jo Polniaczek. Although, Nancy McKeon did fall into the familiar fall from stardom after her celebrated role on the show. Since then, she continued acting. Notably, McKeon played Inspector Jinny Exstead for Lifetime’s The Divisions. In addition, she was Connie Munroe, the mother of Demi Lovato’s character for Disney’s Sonny with A Chance.
