In 1981, we were introduced to Elvira, Mistress of the Dark from Elvira’s Movie Macabre. The character reached the height of her career during the late 80’s and then the 90’s, however. She had three different shows in that decade: The Elvira Show, Elvira’s Thriller Theater, and Elvira’s Halloween Movie Schlock-A-Thon.
