Mayim Bialik as Amy Fowler
Who wouldn’t know the incredibly intelligent Amy Farah Fowler, who is the partner of Cooper in the famous series? Fowler plays an important role in how Cooper slowly developed from being aloof and socially inept to being her love interest towards the end. Mayim Bialik is probably as smart, or even smarter than her character. Just like in The Big Bang Theory, Bialik has a B.S. degree in neuroscience, minors in Hebrew and Jewish studies, and also a Ph.D. in neuroscience.
