In 2000, Celine decided to take a break to spend time with her family. Around this time, Celine and Rene were trying for a child. The task was not an easy process so Celine and Rene underwent two in-vitro fertilization procedures. Finally, she got pregnant and later gave birth to her eldest son, Rene-Charles Dion Angelil the following year.

She Almost Died
When she was young, Celine experience a near-death experience. She was around 5 years old when a truck crashed into her! She would be in a coma for nearly a week. She had fractured her skull, but thankfully, she was able to fully recover.
