She came from a very big family. Celine had 13 siblings older than her! Celine was the unplanned youngest child. During the time, her family was experiencing financial difficulties, which is understandable. Celine used to sleep in cabinet drawers during the first few months of her life because of the lack of space at home! It’s a good thing she can afford to buy a proper bed now.

As mentioned, Celine did not really like “My Heart Will Go On” at the beginning. However, her husband Rene put his foot down and persuaded Celine to record and release the song. Celine revealed in an interview with Jonathan Ross, “[Angélil] said, ‘Let’s just do a demo. Let’s give it a try and we’ll see after.’ The demo is actually the real recording. I never sang the song again.” Celine was tricked into recording the actual recording of the song! The recorded demo was then released in 1997 and become of her most awarded songs ever. Even up to now, “My Heart Will Go On” is still her most recognizable hit.
