Showering
Back to those very specific hygiene guidelines and rules…the Buffalo Jills have been instructed on their showers. They must shower, as stated in their contracts, after all workouts. In addition, they cannot use sponges or lufas, due to their association with harboring germs. Also, they cannot use wet washclothes that may have been sitting for a period of time.
