He also took note of her uniform, so he knew she is an employee at Bojangles. It does not take a genius to figure out that it must be hard to walk 12 miles even when the weather was good. He was heartbroken to see her out in the middle of the rainstorm. He knew no one deserved this, which is why he decided to help her out.
