It only took several hours for the video to receive over 6,000 views. From the likes and comments, it was easy to see that the community was moved by the story. The Sheriff’s Office could not help but feel proud of their cop, and rightly so. On the other hand, they were also impressed by the hardworking woman. Everyone knew she deserved the gift Sgt. Bass gave her. Aside from that, they added a statement that recognized the admirable attitude displayed by Sgt. Bass.
