Don’t Buy- Spices
We would not recommend buying spices from the store. The spices’ quality and taste would be gone if it had been stocked too long on the shelf, but spices would not expire and rot after some time. If we wanted to have quality spices and serve a smaller group of people, we should choose a smaller jar to retain the product’s taste. We should let the more prominent restaurant buy the giant pot of spices.

Buy- Vanilla
Unlike spices, vanilla would not lose its taste even after a long period. We would recommend the huge bottle size of vanilla that was sold in Costco. It was an excellent product to stock in our house, mostly when we wanted to bake some bread.
