So, yes even that one powerful line no one could forget that Downey says to the drunk Ross (Hurt) was just Downey improvising. Yeah, Iron Men comes up to Thunderbolt to say, “I hear you have an unusual problem. What if I told you we were putting a team together…”

Of course, Zach Galifianakis was incredible in The Hangover, but did you know he improvised one of the most iconic parts? Yes, he did some obscene and crazy things to that baby. Actually, Galifianakis was a bit embarrassed saying, “The one improv that will haunt me for the rest of my life, is the [ scene where I ] make the baby [unknowingly mimic a sexual act].” At least it was only a doll and not an actual baby. Well, the director kept it in the final cut since it was so hysterical.
