Dirty Dancing Remake
After the success of the movie, there was actually a remake produced, which was titled Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights. Some might argue it was not even in the same league or caliber as the original movie, especially as it had different leading characters. Nevertheless the dance scenes were choreographed by the same dancer as the original movie, and it actually was a box office hit. The movie had all the ingredients for success, from an attractive cast and Latin dancing to some pretty sensual scenes. Even if it steered away from the original, it’s still a must-see.
