Have you noticed how dirty microwaves can get in such a short period of time? There is no need to scrape and scrub when you are aware of this nifty little trick that just involves lemon and water.

Squeeze lemon juice into a cup that is still half full of water and then put the remaining lemon in it as well. Pop this into the microwave for as long as it takes to boil, maybe three minutes. The steam of the mixture should then fill up your microwave and let it do so for five more minutes before you open it.
