Ashgabat
Turkmenistans’s capital, Ashgabat, is a very restricted place. Not even the natives are allowed there! Apparently, the city is supposed to be a showcase for the whole world. Technically, the city is open for tourists, but there are many obligations that you must be clear on. For one, you can’t even sleep on the bus.
