To be honest with you, we have no idea what is going on in this photo. This seems to have been taken at a parking lot, but we could be wrong about that. At any rate, we bet that the person who came up with the layout had been knocking one drink after another while they drew up the plan. The straight lines do not make a lick of sense. We do not know what is up with those crooked lines at the bottom left either.
