First of all, it was nice that they installed a handle for the disabled and the elderly. Sadly, the location of it basically makes it useless. They are supposed to help these people reach the toilet, but there is no chance of that happening here. This is actually quite dangerous. We just hope that the restaurant did not advertise that they were disability-friendly. As we can all see, it clearly was not.

At Least You Can Still Fix It
This is still a fail, but at least it is easy enough to fix. The only thing that they need to do is to get rid of some of the railing to make the two sides of the stairwell accessible. Even if this were the case, who on earth okayed it in the first place? We would be confused if we had to use the stairs to go up or down.
