Free Paint Job
The person tasked to paint the street lines must have been in a foul mood this day. They were peeved by the driver who left their car here when it was illegal. Even though they did not finish the job, they sure sent a message. It looks like the two cones were added in that spot to prevent anyone from parking there. Who is at fault here? If you ask us, the driver brought this upon himself. No one else is to blame.
