Who was in the wrong here? Was it the guys on the left or those who built the right side of the bridge? The answer to that question is going to depend on who you ask. When you work on such a huge project, the least that you can do is to coordinate. We are sure that it is not easy to construct over a body of water. Maybe the waves shifted their plans a little more. Honestly, we do not know much about construction. Despite this, we can easily see that someone made a huge and costly mistake. Too bad.

It can be annoying to drive through a construction zone, but who knows what the construction worker had been going through at the time? We know that it does not look difficult to stand there and wave a stop sign for hours on end. However, it gets tiresome really quickly. On top of that, it can get taxing to be on the receiving end of death glares from drivers who think that you are to blame for the roadblock. This is why he decided to pass on his responsibilities to someone who can take it. At the very least, he deserves praise for adding a crop of yellow hair, a pair of sunglasses, and a huge smile on this fellow.
