She was well-known for her roles as Harrison Ford in Witness, Jodie Foster in The Accused, and she even acted together with Tom Cruise as Charlie in Top Gun. However, these were the only major movie roles that Kelly McGillis acted in. She was still in the industry, especially in movies and television yet, she had found a new passion. When she discovered that her father, when he was her manager, was embezzling from her, she did not hesitate to fire and sue him. She was also a black belter in kung-fu and karate, so it would be best not to mess with her.
