Goldie Jeanne Hawn was an American actress, dancer, producer, and singer. She was now 74 years old and was born in Washington, D.C. Her road to fame began with a small role in the N.B.C. sketch comedy program Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In. After this, she had appeared in other comedies like A Girl In My Soup and Butterflies Are Free. She had been in so many films and series to the point that her name became a household name. Unfortunately, she hit a bump in her career when she starred for Town & Country last 2001. Even though she worked together with a few celebrities like Diane Keaton and Warren Beatty, this was not enough, and the film did not do so well. It was deemed to be a box office failure. Because of this, Goldie Hawn decided to take a break for a couple of years. She returned in full force, however, when she voice-acted for Phineas and Ferb, a children’s animated series. She also made it back to the big screen when she appeared in Snatched.

However, she also had an outstanding solo career. She was proud of the fact that she wrote beautiful songs, often with meaning, poetry, and symbolism to her song lyrics. Stevie Nicks now ran a charity where she provided aid for the wounded soldiers. Her charity was named Stevie Nicks’ Band of Soldiers. Stevie had decided to dedicate her time to volunteer for the Army and Navy hospitals in the nation’s capital, and she had been doing this since 2004.
