Of course, anyone knows that British take tea very seriously. However, for the royals, how to properly drink tea is also crucial. Apparently, they are taught to never put a finger in the cavity of the cup’s handle. Thus, they should hold the teacup with their thumb and forefinger, underneath their middle finger and the little finger. This cannot separate from any of their other fingers. Wow, the Duchess probably rehearsed this specific process numerous times in order to satisfy the Queen.
