Macallan Distillery
Between the Macallan bottles and the Kirkland version, the latter is comparable to the original. The same distillery bottles the Kirkland Signature 18-year Whiskey, but neither company has confirmed whether the two brands are indeed the same. Founded in 1824, Macallan is in Scotland and Edrington Group owns it. Over the years, the support for the Kirkland Signature collection has been growing. The Costco house whiskeys have also landed solid scores on different wine magazines.

An ingredient common in Rogaine, Minoxidil is recommended to men struggling with hair loss. Neither company has confirmed it, but it is rumored that Kirkland’s brand of Minoxidil have links to Rogaine’s manufacturer. This is probably due to the fact that the formula of Kirkland Signature Hair Regrowth Treatment is similar with that of the well-known Johnson & Johnson brand. The Kirkland product is available at Costco and you can get a 6-pack for $16.99.
