The Kirkland Unsalted Butter is rumored to be rebranded Tillamook Butter, but it is actually cheaper and a higher quantity alternative. The Kirkland Signature Butter has 16 1lb-sticks of butter and is Kosher. Costco states that rBST hormone is not used in the production of their butter. For those who do a lot of baking and cooking at home, choosing the Kirkland Butter is definitely more cost-efficient in the long run.
