Many first got to know Kristen Stewart from the Twilight films. Once she began dating a female after her relationship with Robert Pattinson, she came to some new conclusions about the value of LGBTQ celebrities. She told The London Sunday Times of her coming out in 2015, “Considering I had so many eyes on me, I suddenly realized [my private life] affects a greater number of people than just me. It was an opportunity to surrender a bit of what was mine, to make even one other person feel good about themselves.” She also joked on SNL in response to Donald Trump’s ‘obsession’ over her, responding, “I’m, like, so gay, dude.” Since then, she has told the press she identifies as bisexual. Stewart began dating Victoria Secret angel, Stella Maxwell in 2016.
