Better known as El Gigante, he worked out a lot to reach a physique like this one. He pretty much dominated WWE as well. He made his debut under the ring name Giant Gonzales during the Royal Rumble in 1993, impressing everyone when he eliminated the Undertaker. However, his opponent was able to exact vengeance on him at WrestleMania IX.

Holley Mangold – 415 lbs

Holley Mangold weighs 415 pounds, which makes her one of the most massive female weightlifters in history. She has spent a lot of time at the gym. She launched her career in 2008. She later represented the United States during the London Olympics in 2012. She has a personal weightlifting record of an incredible 562.2 pounds.
