The Filet-O-Fish is one of the least popular things on the menu. A former employee said that even though this fish sandwich is famous amongst Catholic patrons on certain holidays, the sales are generally low any other time of the year. For this reason, you should not expect your Filet-O-Fish to have any semblance of freshness. Trust us, the fish was not caught recently at all.
