Then something amazing happened one evening. It was just two weeks or so since Sasnauskas took in the fawn. He had brought her outside to play and get accustomed to the wild again. Perhaps, with more time every night in the forest, he could get her used to it. Well, he got more than he bargained for that night!

Beautiful Reunion
While they were playing outside, the baby deer spotted her own mother in the forest bushes! Much to Sasnauskas’ surprise, the fawn leapt up and darted at the herd. This made him overjoyed to watch her run into the forest since he was nervous the fawn had grown too attached to him.
