Once they were on the boat, the men got a good look at the bear cubs. As they looked at them, it was obvious they were shivering and shaking uncontrollably. Also they looked frightened. Of course, it made since because now that they were safe from drowning, they had to face humans, which they may or may not have ever been in contact with before. We’re betting this was their first encounter.
