Most people would not be as committed to a role as Joseph Gordon-Levitt was in 50/50. Well, if you’ve seen the film, you know his character gets cancer. Thus, he decides to shave off his hair. His costar, Seth Rogen, later explained that the script didn’t include that head shaving, but they came up with it during the shoot. So, with an electric razor and one take later, they had their iconic scene. That’s why Rogen’s reaction appeared so genuine.
