Talented actor Denis Leary pulled one out of his hat when Peter Parker is trying to tell him of the danger the city could face. Referring to King Kong and his constant attacks on Tokyo, Leary asks Spiderman, “Do I look like the mayor of Tokyo to you?” That wasn’t in the script.

Dirty Dancing
It wasn’t a line, per se, but when the actors started shooting the first dance scenes of Baby and Johnny, Baby couldn’t help but burst out laughing each time he ran his hand down her arm. You can even see her trying to keep it together during the scene.
