What is it about the neighbors upstairs? They always sound like they’re running a pre-Olympic training camp where all the participants are required to wear bricks as shoes. Or as suggested in this picture, there could be a more appropriate explanation, namely dinosaurs. Either way, noisy upstairs neighbors will be around as long as there are irritated downstairs neighbors.
