Jim and his two dogs would take the same route on a regular basis. However, while out for a walk, Jim noticed something unusual in the creek. He got closer, but it was difficult to see exactly what they were looking at. It appeared to be a floating log in the water. However, as he examined it more closely, he noticed some hair.

He Noticed A Trapped Animal
The lake appeared to have trapped some kind of animal in the mud. Jim wasn’t sure, so he moved in closer, where he saw something fighting for its life. It appeared to be worn down from the battle, but it was stuck in the mud near the creek’s edge. Jim usually spends half an hour each day at the river, but he would have spent much more time that day.
