Outgrowing The Family Home
Despite Su Yun feeling uncomfortable with her continuously growing dog, the kids loved having the largest pet in the area. Furthermore, the pet itself started gaining notoriety as people began to chat about him. It became difficult to do regular tasks, like walking the dog, people would stare and show significant interest. Continuing his growth, it soon became apparent that he couldn’t fit in the house any longer. Creating a makeshift dog house for the garden, Little Black was now garden-based. The underlying issues remained however.

Little Black had enormous teeth and a large mass, but his temper grew in accordance with the rest of him. He would sometimes lash out at the family. Though nobody was hurt, they would at times feel frightened. At this moment, Su Yun realized that Little Black was missing one factor that every dog had. His bark. She had never heard him bark in the whole time of having him! Occasional roars were not normal for dogs, she was now fairly scared of the situation she had brought into her house.
