The historical drama web series The Crown has been running for two seasons and follows the dramatic highs and lows of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign. The show evolved from The Queen, a 2006 film by Peter Morgan. The show has been a big hit with fans and Netflix is renewing it for a third season. The release date could be later this year.
