Bob Veloz and his wife agreed to Oprah’s offer and sold her the mansion. At that point, she had to think about how she would make the property truly her own. She first needed a moniker for the mansion. Oprah strolled across the grounds of her new property with her friend Bob Greene, a fitness guru. She suggested the name Tara II which was inspired by Gone With The Wind. She said the place reminded her of the film. However, Bob didn’t like the name and suggested something more symbolic.
