Unfortunately, not everyone is raised that way…” Another person commented. On the other hand, the video showcased a growing problem with illegal parking. People aren’t willing to tolerate that.

A video of Brazilian pranksters popped up online. In it, they tried punishing a driver who illegally parked in a handicap spot quickly before they’d get back to their car. The pranksters used blue and white sticky notes and covered the entire car. This allowed them to track how long the driver left the car for. Eventually, they managed to create the famous handicap symbol on the car using the little papers. The enraged driver stormed off, but not before the video went viral. Of course, this wasn’t the only time people retaliated in response to illegal parking.
