After getting divorced from George, Marion married British politician and member of parliament, Jeremy Thorpe. While they preferred a more quiet life, things took a serious turn when Jeremy was charged for attempted murder for allegedly hiring a hitman. During the trial, Marion supported her husband and insisted on his innocence. Later, the jury found Jeremy not guilty. Jeremy and Marion never had kids together but stayed together until Marion’s death in 2014.
