It only makes sense that Meghan would have dated someone from the entertainment industry seeing how long she was acting herself. In 2004, she met the actor/producer Trevor Engelson and the two got married in Ocho Rios, Jamaixa, seven years later. However, their marriage didn’t make it to the two-year mark. It was reported that Meghan’s issues with fame ultimately drove the two apart. Meghan ended things with Trevor when she sent her ring back to him.

As it turns out, Trevor is using his experiences with Meghan and his talent as a filmmaker and combining the two. It’s believed that the producer is now working on a “divorce remedy” that revolves around the royal family. The pitch he made to Fox is as follows: “Divorce is hard. Sharing custody is harder. Sharing custody with the British Royal family when your wife marries a prince, in the unforgiving spotlight of London’s tabloid media, is next level.”
