It’s water pipes are among the Arabian region’s trademarks. These pipes are also called hookahs and shishas. In Saudi Arabia, however, not all types of smoking are accepted. In 2012, its government employed more methods to prevent the Saudi citizens from smoking. It banned smoking in many public areas and government institutions. The population blows approximately $8 million on cigs per day.

Despite the fact that beheading of criminals is the method which had been used by the Saudi government for many years, their preference has shifted to that of a firing squad. The main reason behind this change doesn’t have anything to do with being humane, but has something to do with their inability to find swordsmen that have the right skills for the task.
