Punishable Crimes
Now that we’ve mentioned the death penalty, homosexuality is not the sole gateway to getting sentenced to death. There are quite a few other crimes that the Saudi government metes out capital punishment for. These crimes include adultery, witchcraft, armed robbery, and murder. In 2006, as many as 154 offenders were put to death after they were found guilty of carrying out these crimes.

Holy Sites
Muslims and non-Muslims alike sometimes have this misconception wherein they think that Muslims regards Jerusalem as the holiest site. However, in actual fact, the two sites considered to be holiest in Islam are located in Saudi Arabia. The two holiest cities are Mecca and Medina.
