Costanza Who?
Jerry Seinfeld had a friend in real life named Michael Costanza, whose name he used for the character George. We doubt they’re still friends considering Michael Costanza sued Seinfeld, Larry David and also NBC for $100 million. He claimed that by using his name they had both defamed his character and invaded his privacy, wanting damages for the series’ use of his likeness. However, the case got dismissed.
