The water district agency apparently hired the services of a private investigator. The bill would amount to $22,000! Tom Selleck would choose to settle and only had to pay $21,000. It was not even enough to cover the cost of the investigation.

Stepson Woes
We have previously mentioned his stepson Kevin. The two have been close ever since the younger man had been a teenager. Sadly, he faced many difficulties as an adult. His music career did not take off and he would have a lot of financial problems. Apparently, these circumstances have negatively affected his relationship with his stepfather.
